I will be staying longer in the city, for about another 2 weeks or so.
Once I know more about my current situation, I’ll be able to either blog bad or good news.
BF and I have been cooking for my parents (my family just adores BF), and I have been spending time re-discovering, exploring and shopping Toronto.
No worries, no clothing or wardrobe purchases made.
The ban is still on, and I am resisting the urge to buy every cute thing I see.
I shall post food pictures and shopping pictures once I am back in Montreal and able to have a real desk with a real internet connection again.
P.S. Whenever I see comments waiting in my Wordpress Admin login, I am almost guaranteed that it will be 90% spam.
It’s kind of funny! And annoying.
P.P.S. For all of my RSS Subscribers: one more week left for my Giveaway!
- Winner of the Broadway “Burn the Floor” pair of tickets!
- All right. I’m off for my little trip in the sun.
- Umm. Hello. I am back on Wordpress again.
- No cause for alarm!
- 2010 just keeps getting better.

@ 12:12 PM:
As a heads up, if your parents have a library card, you can get free passes to various museums throughout the city. A pass is good for two adults.
The locations include:
- Science Centre / ROM / Casa Loma (these passes are only given out at certain branches, and if that's a branch near you … well, don't bother going, since you'll have to line up at least an hour before the library opens on Saturday morning)
- City of Toronto historical museums (Fort York, Spadina House, etc)
- AGO
- Bata Shoe Museum
- Gardiner Museum
- Museum of Inuit Art
- Black Creek Pioneer Village (I think that is closed until after March Break though)
I recall your mentioning that you wanted to visit the Bata Shoe Museum, so perhaps this could be a way to go

If there's anything in my comments queue, it's either spam or you. I don't know why akismet suddenly decided it didn't like you, but it ate a whole bunch of your comments.

Also, I don't know if you like classical music, (or even your actual age), but you can get $12 tickets to the TSO as long as you're under 29.
http://www.tsoundcheck.com/ – It looks like there's two shows this week.

He should be able to – I've taken my mom before. The ballet doesn't allow it, but I thought TSO did. http://www.tsoundcheck.com/faq.cfm#3 Yep, you can bring anyone
And they upped the age to 35 for buying the cheap tickets!
Unless of course you mean he can't come because he doesn't like classical music. That's entirely different!
