Huh. I'm usually the first to laugh at a well-told Hitler joke (I ascribe to Mel Brooks' theory that the best way we can take away Hitler's power is by laughing at him as a man — although not, of course, at the atrocities he committed), but this subtitle dub-over seriously squicked me out. Couldn't get through it. I think perhaps because Downfall was such a serious and heart-breaking film that using it for such an inane purpose felt yucky.

(I know you told us not to get our panties twisted, but I was surprised at how much this grossed me out and was just trying to figure out why. I'm not offended! I wouldn't tell anyone else they should be either!)
