5 Beauty Anti-Aging Ingredients to make you look younger, fresher & better

I loved me some “Designer Guys” back in the day.

Chris & Steven are HILARIOUS!

She’s shilling for certain beauty products it seems, but it’s still an informative video.

5 Ingredients (for those of you at work, or too lazy to watch the video):

  • Retinol (Moisturizes & helps promote cell regeneration: takes 3-6 months)
  • Glycolic Acid (Scrubs & cleans up your skin cells)
  • Salicylic Acid (Kills bacteria)
  • Peptides (Boosts cell regeneration)
  • Hyaluronic Acid (Holds 1000x its weight in water to retain moisture)

Hmmm… I agree with most of the stuff, but peptides?
It sounds scientific, I know. Peptides are proteins, or bits of proteins. What kind of peptides are they talking about? Our whole body is made of peptides.
It's like saying "food is good for you". But what kind of food are we talking about?
