Yum.

Just so you know what I ate that delicious pita bread with.

Chopped fresh tomatoes added a nice fresh bite.

The lemon in the hummus (albeit chunky) tasted AMAZING.

Added some deli meat porketta :D

I ate 2 pita bread things covered in this stuff and I was STUFFED.

Layout

Like a mini tostada.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm nom.

It looks wonky and weird, but trust me it was awesome.

Tostada-1

When I went on a trip to Israel I had something similar to what you made, called “Laffa” (sp?).

Also, FB- I can’t get your new posts to feed into my google reader- has anyone report this problemo to you?

Nothing to do with your yummy meal … but Global news has a report on crying on the news right now! (It made me think of your post about crying). Apparently, it cleanses us and releases neurotoxins from our body, and that it's actualy worse for you to not cry! They also mentioned that women cry 5 times more often than men, but I think that number could be higher.

I think it’s a kind of Italian ham. :) Totally awesome… it’s like sliced deli pork meat but much tastier

Proscuitto would have been too salty and tough
