Customize your Firefox Browser

I love FireFox. If you haven’t given it a try, you should.

It’s more stable, and less buggy than Internet Explorer, and you can do lots of cool things with it.

I also use Google Chrome.

But Firefox seems to have more addons (is more mature), and my go-to for a lot of things.

But instead of having a boring ol’ regular browser, I wanted to personalize it (of course).

So I installed Personas that lets you install a skin, which is like an image change over your browser window.

Like this for example:

firefox-personas

And then I created my own skin for Personas called Minimalist Butterflies.

firefox-personas-minimalist-butterflies-fabulouslybroke

Which kind of looks like this now:

I think iGoogle allows you to do the same thing. You can set up and personalize your google page. But I don't think your entire internet browswer mainains the personalization if you go outside of google. I'll check up on that…

I looove Firefox. I really enjoy it and the skin option.

FYI, iGoogle does not do the entire browser, as it is not a browser – just a website.

I don’t do much with Firefox other than Personas.

Hmm.. have you tried Sxipper? Or however it’s called? It helps keep your identity online so you don’t have to keep typing in name, email address and whatever else over and over again.

That’s all I use :) But Firefox has a whole library of awesome add ons!
