I want this Calamete Noodle Fork.

It would totally rock my eating experience. Via The Food Section.

That short stubby section is supposed to stimulate a fork’s “thumb”.

Here are my favourites:

Spotted Lake, Canada

The Spotted Lake – known as Klikuk in the indigenous language – divides itself into a strange patchwork of white, green and yellow pools in the summertime. The ‘walkways’ in between the pools are actually made up of salts, titanium, calcium, sulphates and other minerals.

Cave of Crystals, Mexico

Note: Check out the man to the left

Mexico’s Cueva de los Cristales (Cave of Crystals) is home to some of the world’s largest known natural crystals, measuring as much as 36 feet long.

Cappadocia, Turkey

Tunnels rigged with booby traps and vast underground cities carved by the Hittites 3,000 years ago are just a few highlights of this strange place, where houses are carved into the rock and so-called ‘fairy chimney’ rock formations dot the volcanic tufa rock land.

I spent 3 days in Cappadocia (staying in a fairy chimney!) at Easter. It is easily one of the coolest places I have been. A number of the formations were churches and have amazingly well preserved paintings in them.
