There are either two trays (sorry, am not near my printer now), or you need to adjust the little paper holder thing to make sure it's hugging your paper snugly, and then push the paper alllll the way in so that the printer reads that it has paper to grab. What's the problem? I mean, isn't the main tray the tray below the photo tray?
