Dollhouse Fashion

I know everyone’s been staring at Echo’s shoes on the TV show “Dollhouse”..

….but I was staring at all of their outfits, mostly Dewitt’s gorgeous silk blouses. Incredible design and detail, I must say. And totally up my alley.

The stylist likes this obi-style detail for a lot of her clothing.

Another pretty, flowy top with an AWESOME pencil skirt and belt detail.

The doctor had a pretty good looking shimmery brocade top underneath.

I love the bow imprint and the bubble sleeves.

Hard to see, but the sleeves with that pleating detail is GORGEOUS, so it makes it flowy near the wrist/arm section and near the shoulder/upper arm is pleated. Really wonderful when you move.

I kind of hate this top because it looks like bad couch fabric. But it worked for her character.

My favourite actress on there, is Dichen Lachman.

Only because she really caught my attention in that one scene where she bursts in and finishes off the 2
robbers.

In general, I just like her acting. She knows how to switch it on and off in every single role, and while all the other actors do the same thing, she has a knack of speaking in an Australian accent (she’s half Aussie) and then switching back to an American one as well.

And you can find her on twitter here: @dichenlachman

And the stylist for her knocks how to rock it out as she becomes a double agent in this episode:

And apparently being a doll means you can SPRINT in these heels down a hallway from burly men wearing FLAT leather shoes.

Incredible.

In case you’re wondering, the shoes are by Gwen Stefani, called “Tammy” for $375 available at Zappos.com.

You’re welcome.
