I’d caution against the eye makeup one unless you really know the person. Almost all the females I know are super picky about anything that goes near their eyes (everyone has very specific brands and products they trust), and this goes double for anyone that has contacts, allergies, etc. Eye makeup can also come across as way too personal for anything other than a very good friend or family member.

These are all so great! I’ve done the cookie one before and people seemed to like it, but I love the idea of giving tights and make up to my girlfriends. Ahh, I love Christmas shopping!

Lovely!! I was a bit of a cop-out this year, buying gift cards for a few of my friends – but for those that care more about Christmas and giving than getting, I will definitely think about some of these things

great ideas! I’m going frugal this year (like always)… ie: $10 or less.

I’m doing something like the cookie idea… But differently. Cause I’m the chef and my friends aren’t. I actually got my friends some coffee certificates for like $10 and then I’m making them a whole bunch of cookies to go with.

Originally, I wasn’t gonna give a gift at all, but hold a Christmas brunch for them (which would have worked out to about $10 per person).

Previous years, I’ve told them outright no gifts at all and that we should just all have a nice dinner together somewhere to celebrate the season. Cause it’s really about spending time with each other afterall. Not gifts. And well… No one can argue with that. XD
