Pan-fried chicken with scallions, mushrooms and onions on top of noodles

Felt like cooking today. Have been really listless and bored lately.

Spent time preparing and cooking since 9 a.m., and just finished (1.30 p.m.), which includes buying the chicken, preparing everything, cooking, eating, finishing cooking the rest of the food, and cleaning up.

Yum?

I think so. BF kept sneaking bites of chicken. I think this will be a good staple dish to master so that I can give him a break once in a while.

I’d give a recipe, but I don’t measure anything.

Here’s a rough idea:
- Rice Noodles
- Scallions (Green Onions)
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Chicken (4 thick chicken thighs makes about 3 meals for 2 people if you include rice and noodles as a side)

I cut all the chicken meat off the bone, made them into small chunks and marinated them in this:
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Sesame Oil
- Flour
- Oyster Sauce

You can pan fry, grill or bake each piece individually.

Et voila.
