Botox Nightmares

I think after seeing these, I’d rather age gracefully, although some, like Angelina Jolie above, are not that noticeable as Madge or Nicole Kidman.

These women CAN’T SMILE NATURALLY.

I think I’d rather have the wrinkles and the laugh lines instead of scaring my (future) (grand)kids when I smile at them.

*shiver*

Seriously, tell me these women in the pictures below don’t scare the bejesus out of you.

Botox Victim, Unidentified

Vanessa Williams
Teri Hatcher
Sharon Osbourne
Shannon Tweed BEFORE (Common-law Wife of KISS Gene Simmons and former PlayMate)

Shannon Tweed, AFTER – You should see her trying to smile on the Gene Simmons show. She can barely talk, she looks like a walking silicone mannequin. Kind of freaky.

Rachel Zoe, Star Stylist
Priscilla Presley
Posh Spice
Nicolette Sheridan
Nicole Kidman

Natalie Portman

Madge

This has to be the worst picture of her. Woman can barely smile!

Kylie Minogue
Goldie Hawn
Hilary Clinton
Cindy McCain (age 53)

Angelina Jolie

Botox’s web site is hawking Botox treatments to 20 somethings, and it’s scary how many young women and young celebs are getting it.

“Realizing that at an older age lines can be softened but not completely eradicated, twenty-somethings are opting to stop wrinkles before they can start. Beginning BOTOX® treatments early stops the muscles from contracting, leaving the skin nearly impervious to the damage caused by years of living life to the fullest.”

Botox scares me, but lucky for me the saying goes, “Black don’t crack.”

The first is either Minogue or Jenna Jameson: http://www.imnotobsessed.com/more/jenntmob.jpg

From the before and after pics, it’s clear that many of the women whose pics you posted have also had brow lifts, rhinoplasty, etc.

OMG. I thought I’d want botox but not to that extent! I just blogged about plastic surgery and if I would do it on lalmusings.com. Check it out.

If you go to a good doctor and don’t go overboard, it shouldn’t be noticeable. Bad examples of Botox are like bad examples of hair dye. It doesn’t mean that it has to go that way.

incidentally i don’t believe Portman’s had Botox. she’s just grown into her face (that first picture is pretty old) and she’s so slim that her face is pretty firm across those fab bones.

The first pic is Kylie Minogue. She has had a very slimline, almost skeletal kind of face most of her life even before her work on Neighbours. She looked older even as a teen, which is unfortunate for her in her line of work (roginally, acting). Her sister, Dannii, was always the fuller faced Minogue and now she's gone down the Botox route.
