		<description>Great post! I have fallen in love with tall clear plastic containers from IKEA in the kichen. The height really maximizes space and as you said, keeps it fresh and shows what I have. I&#039;ve even been keeping back condiment containers (mayo containers are my favorite) for the same sort of storage. Nuts, dried fruit, seasoning, oactmeat, etc. Since they are free I just use a permanent marker to label them.
